- Snatch – 50%-5, 60%-5, 65%-5, 70%-5, 75%-5, 80%-5 (or establish a new 5 rep max)
2. Jerk (preferably from blocks) – 50%-5, 60%-5, 65%-5, 70%-5, 75%-5, 80%-5 (or establish a new 5 rep max)
3. RDL – 50%-5, 60%-5, 65%-5, 70%-5, 75%-5, 80%-5
