    Rise and Grind today!
    205 couldn’t hit anymore more than 3 jerks on the way up to 235.
    219 reps 221 last year. Went for UB t2b first 3 rds and grip paid for it on the back half. This workout is all about grip. Never felt like my HR got super high and very little heavy breathing. Early AM and bad strategy and was still right there. I’ll take it!
