  1. Hoping someone will chime in here…
    Taking a bit of a hiatus from full on crossfit for a bit. With traveling for work and studying for finance exams I can’t consistently make scheduled gym times.
    So as of now I’ve been following wendler for main lift in the morning then outlaw Olympic lift and conditioning in the afternoon. I really enjoy it. Wondering if anyone has some conditioning templates or advice on what to do. I’m at the campus gym now and have been doing the concept row wods from their site but want to do some running as well and occasionally running on the indoor track. Should I just do what I feel like or should I be following a program for running/rowing? Any thoughts? Thanks
