Quick question on the percentages. Some weeks it will say OHS (% of snatch), some weeks it won’t. I assume then that whenever there are OHS, it should be off of your snatch? Same with the snatch balance and drop snatch?
For things like the Press From Behind the Head, what are we going off of there?
