    First time being able to do C2B Pull ups in over a year. Today was a really good day of training for me. Albeit, I’m having trouble seeing where my conditioning truly is at right meow. My Karen time was way off my PR the other day and overall wasn’t a great time. I think my capacity for mixed modality is good but not for singular.
