  2. Hi,

    I’ve been doing the programming since this cycle started and was wondering for some clarity. Are percentages for power movements based on a 1rm of that movement or are they based on your 1rm of the movement. (i.e. My snatch is 100kg but power snatch is 90kg so if power snatch @ 80% is programmed would that be of my full (80kg) or power (72kg)?)

    • Everything is off the full movement. So base power snatch percentages off your full snatch.
