I’ve been doing the programming since this cycle started and was wondering for some clarity. Are percentages for power movements based on a 1rm of that movement or are they based on your 1rm of the movement. (i.e. My snatch is 100kg but power snatch is 90kg so if power snatch @ 80% is programmed would that be of my full (80kg) or power (72kg)?)
Everything is off the full movement. So base power snatch percentages off your full snatch.
1. 3X160, 3X185, 3X210, 1X225 (MISSED 2), 3X225, 3X200
2. 130/155/175/185/200/185
3. 185/215/250/265/265/235
