I started OB during this cycle, training for my first USAW meet, Jan 9. Very excited.
1. 110/135/155/175/185/175
2. 135/160/185/210×3, 205×2/185
3. 110/130/155/175×1, 165×4/165×5 – Had to scale this. My 1RM is 220 from May.
4. 205/245/280/280/280 – Scale again. Went off my 1RM deadlift (410). Not sure if that was what I was supposed to be but holy hell.
