Just wanted to comment, been following this for about a month and a half (and fell off on posting day-to-day here).
Went from 205# snatch to 225# and 245# Jerk to 275#. Took one heavy snatch day last week for fun and one heavy jerk day for fun. Thank you! M/29/183#, really like the programming.
