here is a start for the American open cycle. it will be a 14 week cycle peaking the weekend of December 5th.

 

1) Snatch from mid thigh
1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%

2) Jerk balance
1×5@40%, 1×5@50%, 1×5@55%, 2×5@60%

3) Clean pull
1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%

4) Front squat
1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%

  1. 1) 200# base, felt real good, got fatiguing at end
    2) 250# base, felt real good, getting better with balance
    3) 250# base, this is a challenge for me (from floor). Getting better, need some mobility work I think
    4) 300# base, felt real good.
