1. 205 base, good except struggled with 3rd snatch at 85%. Getting better.
2. Is there a good sub for these? I did normal Jerks instead, 255 base. Felt good.
3. missed, low on time.
4. 355 base, felt OK not great. Probably should have rested more between sets, but time was tight.

1. Fucked my wrist up pretty good at work. Everything overhead isn’t happening for a bit so I worked around it. 3 pos snatch pulls complete off 110kg.
2. Jerk dips instead of recoveries. Complete off 161 kg.
3. Complete off 138 kg.
4. Complete off 195 kg.
