  1. 1. Complete off 110 kg. failed the 85% set then hit again without any problems. I have been doing the triples and double touch and go. Not sure if I should but resetting my grip plays mind games with me.

    2. I suck ass at these but I guess that’s a good reason to do them. Complete off 155 kg.

    3. Complete off 138 kg.

    4. Complete off 165 kg.

  2. Did 1RM back squat max with group before, so lacked snap to movements but surprisingly hit all the lifts.
    1. working off 205# max – felt terrible but found a way to get under them
    2. are these based on Jerk max or Jerk Balance max? First time doing these, so stayed light and got a feel for it.
    3. worked on 250# clean max. Felt good. Looking forward to these.
    4. worked on 300# FS max. Felt good.
