I love Outlaw Barbell, but it’s posted late sometimes. I hate to complain since it’s free.
Just so you know, I sometimes don’t get the workouts till late, and thus can’t post. On a rare occasion, like last week, I was on vacation and it slipped my mind. It is what it is. We do the best we can.
