BB Cycling

Alternating EMOM for 14:00-

Even: 3 Hang Snatches (from power position – UB is the preference, but drops are acceptable) – begin at 60% of 1RM Snatch and add load with each set, push weight higher than last week

Odd: 30 Double-Unders

Accessories/Strength

1a) Jerk from Blocks/Racks (based on 1rm jerk) – 1×5@65%, 1×5@75%, 1×3@80%, 1×3@85%, 1×2@90% – rest 60 sec.

1b) Front Squats (based on 1rm clean) – 1×5@65%, 1×5@75%, 1×3@80%, 1×3@85%, 1×2@90% – rest 60 sec.

    Odd: 30 Double-Unders, done Mostly UB 18-20s

    Accessories/Strength

    1a) Done off 290, pr is 325 but jerk wt isn’t there
    1b) Done off 325, easy smooth

    Conditioning: 25 rds + 2 reps, about 3 1/2 rds off pr. Longer conditioning pieces aren’t there right now, push-ups were limiting factor, haven’t done many since shoulder/scap issue

    • Conditioning: 25 rounds +2, had to use rings for pull-ups in second half, started to blister and I do better avoiding that with rings
