1) 4X5 T&G Power Snatches – work to a 5rm (up from last week), rest 90 sec. between sets

2) 1XME UB T&G Power Snatches @ 80% of heaviest completed set of 5 from #1

Strength/Skill

1a) Paused Front Squats (3 count pause in bottom, no bounce to stand): 1X3@70%, 1X3@75%, 1X3@80%, 1X2@85%, 1X1@90% – based on 1rm Front Squat, rest 90 sec.

1b) 5X1:00 Max Distance HS Walk – rest 90 sec.

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:

    Strength: day 2 week 3 of Smolov Jr. 7×5 at 245#

    Conditioning: I had to substitute the rowing with a half mile run (3:10). Made it all the way through, plus about 350 meters

  2. 8/19: Considering wodfollow, the way’s programming volume for me is sufficient though so we’ll see. Maybe in a couple months

    BBG: Yesterday’s bbstrength work, was out of town-then today’s conditioning

    Conditioning: 9 Muscle-Ups, (-10 reps) from last test, haven’t been on mu’s lately. finished mu’s after.
