We’ll have a fairly huge programming announcement coming tomorrow. The time has come for a change, and we believe we have finally found a way to make that change as productive as possible. 


USAW Nationals begins this weekend. We have multiple lifters scattered throughout the sessions all weekend, and I will list the session times here – along with the lifter’s name – each day.
