When I met Olly in London, back in 2012, he weighed 165# and Snatched just about bodyweight. On Tuesday, almost three years later, he became the newest member of the Outlaw 300# club.

    *Having to take Monday off then lifting 4 days in a row is never a good idea!

    COND:
    *Only had a ~12′ rope so just didn’t allow myself to jump at the start so I still got 2-3 pulls each. HSW done in 50′ segments and 3 of 4 UB. Snatches done in sets of 5.
