I have a massive amount of thoughts on the 2015 Games. I actually can’t wait to write a recap tomorrow, especially because Virginia is now the home of the fittest man in the world. So many thoughts.

    4×1 snatch balance + 2 pause OHS 150. (didn’t feel like going from OH to back rack so subbed the 2 paused OHS)

    Conditioning: 14:39 Scaled front squats to 170 = 75% of my 1rm clean. Went nice and easy on the runs. Just wanted to survive this one.

    1:55, 1:59, 2:01, 2:04. All runs were 1:25-1:30 and all front squats ub. I did use a belt though

    Conditioning: 2:24/2:23/2:22/2:20. Missed first clean on first rd, so I think that would have been my best rd., but it was also the hardest. Tried to squat clean it, should’ve power. Went UB on FS. Conditioning is starting to feel better.
