Conditioning: 14:39 Scaled front squats to 170 = 75% of my 1rm clean. Went nice and easy on the runs. Just wanted to survive this one.
On a different strength template for now, but still posting when I do the wods.
1:55, 1:59, 2:01, 2:04. All runs were 1:25-1:30 and all front squats ub. I did use a belt though
