There are only 3 weeks left in this cycle. This week is very light with next week being a test week. For those of you going to nationals this should help to determine openers for the meet. For those athletes who do not have a meet in 3 weeks this is a good opportunity to establish some new 1rms for future cycles. The week following the test week will be a de-load week.

 

1) 3 position clean & jerk (1 from each position)

2) Snatch balance
1×2@60%, 1×2@65%, 1×2@70%, 1×2@75%, 1×2@70%

3) Back squat
