    Conditioning: 161 reps (5 clean and jerks at 145#). -1 from last time we did this. Just glad to come close on an open style workout

    2) 280 (+10 PR) before this offseason I never really pushed myself squat cleaning heavy. I always just tried power cleaning. I plateau at around 270 doing that. I know 280 isn’t super heavy but it’s progress from committing to getting better at oly lifting so I’m pumped on this PR!

    Conditioning: female weights, 144 reps. Wall balls crushed me.

    3 hour surf session before this workout. It was a shit show. Regular Grace felt heavy.
