2) 280 (+10 PR) before this offseason I never really pushed myself squat cleaning heavy. I always just tried power cleaning. I plateau at around 270 doing that. I know 280 isn’t super heavy but it’s progress from committing to getting better at oly lifting so I’m pumped on this PR!
