    -was feeling good on this, and the misses were super close to makes so I kept pushing

    -kept it moderate, and did more reps. Hip and groin feel a little strained right now, so didn’t want to go maximal on this

      – 49 seconds slower than last time
      – getting really fucking fed up, conditioning has fallen off hard & I have no idea why

      • I have to do extra aerobic capacity work like we did during the Open, otherwise mine would fall off too

      • From the Doctrine:

        “This is when we build. If you’re worried about losing your ‘wind’ because of a local competition, then you have your priorities wrong. I’ve moderated volume to ensure that strength/power/skill building will not be stunted.”

        Was written several years ago, but I sure the concept still applies.

      • Maybe your CNS just needs a break. I’ve been feeling really fatigued but took last Thursday & Friday off then prd on Saturday. An extra day or 2 off can do wonders!

    2) 245/255/265/275/285(f). Improved here too, did 3 reps on the minute at 265 after to hit position

    3) 220/225/230/235/245. staying light, this still hurts

    Conditioning: 21-15-9 of – 4:18, done at 115 haven’t done thrusters in 6 weeks, slower than last time at 135 and not UB. 11/10-8/7-9/9. Went UB last time at 135.Overall still improving

    Made the decision to just do 1 lift from now on. No more snatch+clean sessions for me. I have to rush through warm ups, and I really need more work on technique, positioning and mobility at lighter weights before going on to heavier weights. So here was the Saturday workout, done on Sunday:
