Haha, good call. Did a cool down on the airdyne afterward and it was so slow that I got 3 calories in 3 minutes. Feeling nice and wrecked.
I feel ya because the wife took the car so I had to walk about 20 mins back to the office with my heavy ass King Kong bag. There may or may not have been 3 or 4 sit down breaks in there!

18:45 TWT Came out of the gates way to hard first 3rds last 4 were a pure fight. Body is feeling effects of poor sleep this week. Almost tapped out a few times on this one.

conditioning: used 125 because I wanted to make sure I could go ub on all the pcpj. twt 18:05. All ttb ub, not too much of a problem there.
Getting a little frustrated with backsliding on snatch and cj. May have to start modifying Outlaw a bit.
