    Conditioning: 25:41 total time, 18:39 total working time (2:11, 2:38, 2:50, 2:44, 2:46, 2:47, 2:43). A little tougher than expected. That minute rest was the shortest minute ever

      • Haha, good call. Did a cool down on the airdyne afterward and it was so slow that I got 3 calories in 3 minutes. Feeling nice and wrecked.

        • I feel ya because the wife took the car so I had to walk about 20 mins back to the office with my heavy ass King Kong bag. There may or may not have been 3 or 4 sit down breaks in there!

    18:45 TWT Came out of the gates way to hard first 3rds last 4 were a pure fight. Body is feeling effects of poor sleep this week. Almost tapped out a few times on this one.

    snatch: 155, then 5×2 @ 145 Felt awful Could not get anything moving.

    clean and jerk: decided to go back to working on perfect technique and position on clean, instead of doing split clean. 5×1@165

    conditioning: used 125 because I wanted to make sure I could go ub on all the pcpj. twt 18:05. All ttb ub, not too much of a problem there.

    Getting a little frustrated with backsliding on snatch and cj. May have to start modifying Outlaw a bit.

    2) 280, no jerk. Jerked up to 235 then stopped. (-45)

    Conditioning: Later, looking for good pacing/smart transitions for pc/pj

    • Conditioning: 17:10 / 5 rds, struggled w/the 5t&g at 185; couldn’t hold pace or shoulder support it. Stopped after 5rds / last rd was singles.
