    -everything felt great on C&J today, probably could’ve gotten 290 if I gave it another shot, but I wanted a 300# clean more. I got 300# the first try & no belt all the way through (+10# PR) for a clean.

    decided to post today, just to add something. Did Granite Games Qualifier 15.4, which for my age group was amrap 13:

    5 ring muscle ups
    10 DL 315
    as many muscle ups as possible in remaining time.
    I got 111, which is pretty good for me. Heavy DL is not so good for me.
