Since pulling Dumbbells off the floor is really awkward for touch and go, I’m going to assume you can start from the hang once you get going. Otherwise my back would be fried lol
My guess is actually the opposite. I assume it’s from the ground, like in the 2011 Regionals.

On the bright side, I can do burpee box jumps all day. 2 sets of 30 felt like no problem.
