  5. BBG: Right Tricep/shoulder/trap/etc has been jacked along with conditioning for about 3 weeks since a competition. Slowly coming back, feels like right tricep is shut off ~nerve or something. No conditioning, lot of bitching

    1) Up to 210 and stop.

    2) Up to 275, no jerks

    Conditioning: Different, may come back later and do conditioning that is written
