    I have missed the Saturday hang snatch & hang clean workouts the last couple weeks, so I tried my best to hit the numbers. Came sorta close:

    Hang snatch
    1×5 @95 = 50%
    1×5 @115 = 61%
    1×5 @135 = 71%
    1×5 @145 = 76%
    1×5 @153 = 81%
    1×3 @155 = 82%
    1×3 @163 = 86%
    1×5 @168 = 88%
    1×5 @155 = 82%
    1×5 @145 = 76%

    hang cleans, were not so good. I got 115-135 for 5 reps, 155×3,165×2, 175×2, 185×1, 185×1 = 82%

    Did push press instead of jerks at the suggested % and made all of them.

    Conditioning: scaled PC to 135. Wall balls all done in 2 sets. 10:40.
