1a) 4X8 Banded Strict Ring Dips (band attached to KB on floor, and around waist) – use heaviest band that will still allow for completion of 8 reps, rest 90 sec.

1b) 4X3 Jerk Grip BTN Push Press + 2 Jerk Grip OHS – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.

    Somehow finally made it through moderation…..despite trying for over a year! Also just coming back to Outlaw following a 3-week departure/trial of CF Football.

    Off of 300#… those 70% sets really woke me up and surprisingly the second one felt better. No misses!

    STRENGTH/SKILL:
    1a)green Rogue band – UB/rest of sets used black Rogue band and did all UB. That was the heaviest band I had so maybe next time I will raise the rings more to get more tension.

    1b) 170/190/210/225# (oox(re-rack)oxx)… just had nothing left!

    1a) the thickest bands we have are green, so I used 2 on 2 different kettlebells. All UB…this looked a little funky, haha

    -kept a steady pace, actually did ok on a long piece for once
    -MUs in sets 4, no misses
    -Muscle snatches in 6/6 or 8/4

    Stopped after 2 rounds (9:29). Shoulder felt okay, but didn’t want to push.

    1a) did purple and black but raised the rings way up so there was a lot of tension and stood on 24in box to get on them.

    1b) stayed light to work more OHS. Up to 155. Not jerk grip, My ohs grip is bad enough lulz

    BBG: 180,195,210x,210x -On first set of 210 I missed first clean from floor (legs smoked) second set I did first 3 pos clean + jerk UB then dropped the bar and did it again.

    S/S: 1a) Green(lightest), Red(medium), Blue(strongest), Red & Blue

    1b) 155,175,195,200! -Got it this time!

    3 pos clean + jerk: off of new PR clean of 225. Done and no misses.

    Conditioning:
    4 rounds + 400m run + 3 MU
    All 4 rounds of MU unbroken! Woot!
    MS were scaled to 75 and ub-ub-7/2/3-8/4
