    • Any time I’ve done this, I seem to switch positions throughout. I view it as whatever way you can do it to complete the task.

    Numbers were forgettable and laughable today. Felt like I had no jump or pop and 70% felt like 1RM. I haven’t had one of these days in a LONG time so I guess I am due. I’ll just suck it up and move forward!

    COND:
    Even though I wanted to just go home I decided to grind this one out the best I could.

    15:41… no paralettes so just used plates.

    Timer did not go apparently, took somewhere in the 10 minute range

    PM session:
    1rm snatch: no misses up to 175=92%, then 4 misses at 180.
    1rm cj: 225 = 5lb PR. First clean and jerk over 100kg in a long time.

    20:21.
    Scaled power snatches to 95
    1st 2 rounds did 6 deficit parallette hspu and 6 strict hspu, as I am still trying to figure out kipping hspu.

    1) 205 (-5), frustrating not getting 215, must’ve tried 12 times just couldn’t stand it up, kept feeling off catching it

    Conditioning: 16:01, used plates rather than paralette

  9. Have lost most strength in my right lat/shoulder/pec/and tricep. Has been an issue for over a week, no stability, etc..blah blah. Not sure if it’s a pinched nerve or what, but it’s emanating from under my right scap/neck/trap

    1) Stopped at 215, 5 min emom 185
    2) Stopped at 275, 5min emom 225.

    Conditioning: For time – (scaled to 115 and regular push-ups (which are hard so something is going on). 19:00, no ability to push at all
