Numbers were forgettable and laughable today. Felt like I had no jump or pop and 70% felt like 1RM. I haven’t had one of these days in a LONG time so I guess I am due. I’ll just suck it up and move forward!

Have lost most strength in my right lat/shoulder/pec/and tricep. Has been an issue for over a week, no stability, etc..blah blah. Not sure if it’s a pinched nerve or what, but it’s emanating from under my right scap/neck/trap
