I’ve been doing unbroken. Sometimes use straps @ the heavy percent one. Definitely an added challenge to to complex!

9:12… had a plan and rep scheme going into this but it all went to shit real quick but I battled and ended with drop singles on the 9 power cleans and doing the Scali HSW for most of the 3rd walk. Although I feel like my squats are suffering I am pleased with the conditioning times I have been having (silver lining?).
