Took a rest day on Friday because had my first proper lifting competition on saturday. It is very different walking out onto that platform with crowd and judges looking at you. It went ok. Landed up power snatching all 3 lifts went 65-70-72 kg. the clean and jerk went ok got a no lift on my last lift because of a slight press out on the jerk. Went 85-90-95 kg
Was lots of fun even though some of the kids out lifted me but its all about experience.
