-late getting yesterday’s work in, and had to make a quick turn around to coach some of my ladies at a comp. Was on 4 or 5 straight days with around 4 hours of sleep, so I was feeling a little shaky after the snatches and decided to hit the wod and call it a day. One of my ladies hit a new PR on deadlift @ 370#…yes you read that right, ridiculous!
