-all snatches and TTB UB
-made smaller jumps in weight on the 5th and 6th rounds because grip was fatiguing, I wanted to save some gas for a big # for the final round
-could’ve gone faster on the burpees, but my main focus for now is putting as much weight on the barbell as possible. Burpees done at around 80% pace

Power snatch: 175. 10lb PR. Yay!
Front squat x3: 245. I’ll count as a PR. Don’t think I’ve ever tested that before. 91% of 1rm.
Conditioning: 105= 60% to 122= 70%. Did really small jumps. Rounds were 1:19 to start and 1:30 to finish. All ttb UB. Was breathing too hard to attempt math and figure out how long each interval was, so I just rested around 1:20-1:30 each time.
Total time: 18:46.
