    *Still working on last weeks work due to vacation, but I actually got to max out last Friday so today I compromised and worked up to a heavy load for each lift (~90%).

    Pretty much said fuck it, and went for a max today on snatch. Treated it like an EMOM since I do so well on Wednesdays.

    1) 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 220x, 220x, 220 (+5), 225 (+10), 230x, 230x, 230x, 230 (+15)
    -rapid fire on these really works best for me, too much rest in between reps kills my mojo
    2) 230 x 5

    • Didn’t expect this either on snatch, ran 4.5 miles yesterday just for the hell of it, didn’t think my legs could pull this off today. This is 65 lbs over body weight too.

    12×1 clean and jerk at 80%= 176. Might as well do a bunch as long as they are feeling good.

    12:36. I had forgotton how punishing the HSW+OHWL combo was.

  10. BBG: Both just a little above 80%, went on the 2:00. 5/5 on each> Didn’t really warm-up today for lifts or conditioning/lack of time
