    Anyone down in the San Marcos, TX area train? I’m looking for a partner to train with. While I’ve been seeing great progress, working out by myself has been a drag. I do better when I have someone pushing me.

  7. Just coming back from some injuries. I am doing barbells 6 week squat-press cycle, i’m on week 2, + the current days outlaw Wod so I will only be posting my Wod times for now.

  17. So pumped to deload this week. I was going to regardless of whether it was programmed or not.
    1. I focused on high hang snatches & tracing bar pulls to work on my snatch, since it’s so much worse than my C&J.
    1a) 265×10 for all sets (80%)
    1b) UB on all

    Conditioning: 9:14
    I did 10×4 strict 3″ deficit HSPU since I’m bad at deficit’s & 10 T2B. Did the workout at a convo pace for the most part and tried to focus on really good form for the HSPU.

    AM Session:
    4×10 incline press at 80%10rm: 36kg
    4×10 timed back squats at 80%10rm: 80kg: 19-14-14-13. Really motored these.
    4×12 pushups.

    PM session:
    Connectivity: GHD raises, press HS 1/1 pirouettes, L hold on floor.

    Snatch: 10×1 at 80% from floor because I didn’t feel like getting out the blocks: 155.

    Conditioning: Decided to push a blistering pace to see if I could hold up all 10 rounds. I did. Everything unbroken, 5:32.
