    I did MU in 2 sets 11/4, and did women’s weights: 135-145-155-165-175 which is 61-79%. Missed the last clean once.

    Then, because it took so long to get the whole thing set up, after resting about 6 minutes, I did it with bar muscle ups. 1:42, UB BMU and no misses on the cleans.
