    1) 221#… this PR is bitter sweet because after a 7 month battle to get from 215# to 221#, I am unable to prove it because I F*#CKING forget to start the camera. Was too worried about getting pumped and finding the right song FML! Believe me or not I am still pumped that I got over the 100 kilo mental road block. Next stop is my 2015 goal of 235#

      -not a great score, but I’m happy with it. These are 2 of my major weaknesses, rowing was as expected 2:39 & 2:45.
      -WBs in sets of 20, this would’ve killed me in the past. I think all those extra kipping HSPUs helped here.
