BBG

1) 4X10 Power Snatches – use heaviest weight possible to complete 10 UB reps, rest 2:00

2) 3X10 Power Clean & Push Jerks – use heaviest weight possible to complete 10 UB reps, rest 3:00

Strength/Skill

1a) 4X10 Front Squats – work to a heavy but not maximal set of 10 (based off last week’s sets) and note time for each set, rest 2:00

1b) 4X100′ HS Walk – rest 2:00

Intervals

5 rounds of:

Sprint 100′
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 30/24″
Sprint 100′

Rest 2:00 between each round.

    1. 95, 115, 145, 155
    2. 155 all sets I hook grip.. Hand rip was killing me. I’ll go up next week,

    Strength
    1a. 185 (23s) , 205 (20ish s) 225 ( 30s), 245 (7+3) (30s ish). Will hit that for 10 next week.
    1b. Practiced these outside can only do about 10-20ft at a time. Big weakness that needs some work.

    Complete. No times but I was moving quick today.
