Our lovely web developers have put the finishing touches on the blogs that will house our new programs. Which means, everything will go live Monday (Sunday evening post). Yet again – so many activities.


Speaking of activities… I’m going to have, what will like be the remainder of dates for the Science & Precision Series, up tomorrow. It’s looking like the summer lineup will have four or five more dates, in Tulsa, Seattle, Portugal, eastern Canada, and a special super secret location (basically, I haven’t figured it out yet). Anywho, I pinky promise they will be up tomorrow. Probably.

    Nope. I had the energy and time, but my joints were telling me “no.”

    I would have been better off taking a rest day. Shoulders and elbows are still shaky after last week’s effort and the first three days this week. Nothing about any overhead position felt particularly strong or stable. I’m excited about the new masters template, but I’m going to need a de-load week first. We haven’t really had one in awhile, and my joints are feeling it.

    Conditioning:
    So.. I got I think to my 12th muscle up when the beam my rings were attached to fully ruptured & split in half as I was fully open in the arch of my kip. Landed very hard in my open ribs & wrists but by some luck I’m not injured. I instinctively braced well I guess. Needless to say though when I finally stood up I didn’t continue. Regroup & back tomorrow. Just grateful

    I did the whole workout unbroken with strict HSPU in 5:54.

    20:38…..I died on the thrusters, I thought that was one of the toughest workouts I’ve ever done.

  9. Masters Qualifier 40-44

    1RM snatch: 55 kg (0,5 kg pr). Tried 57 kg but missed.

    Event 1:
    Amrap 5
    5 mu
    10 cleans 48 kg
    2 rounds + 3 mu

    First time to string mu together without a doubble kip in between. Very happy about that.

    Tomorrow is rest day. My grandmother passed away and her funeral is tomorrow quite far away.
    Planning to do event 3 sunday and event 4 monday.

    2) Hit 286 then cleaned 295 and barely missed the jerk!
