Two snatch PRs in 7 days after sitting on 175# for months. Best part is that today’s PR lift was much cleaner than last week’s. All the power snatches have really helped with my full extension, and it’s paying off. Thanks, Rudy.

-took 3 tries to get this, missed the clean, then the jerk, then finally got it
*IMO Fridays are soooo much more preferable to go for maxes than Saturdays. Just based on how I felt today in comparison to how shitty I usually feel weightlifting wise on Saturdays.
