  1. 1) Based on 220# – No misses.
    2) Based on 335# – Missed the first attempt at 100%. Re-racked and got the first rep but got pinned by the second. No go on the double today. 90% (305#) felt fine but as soon as I stepped out with 335# my body started shaking immediately. Disappointing.

  2. Push press: off of 240#… no misses! felt great. based these percentages off of 240# even though the most I had ever hit was 235. this was awesome.

    Squats: off of 400: NO MISSES! felt amazing! based these percentages off of 400# even though the most I had ever hit was 390. I felt so awesome after these.
