Today’s was heavy because on Saturday I killed the shoulders.

Push press: off of 240: 95% was 228, hit 229 using kilos. Tough but doable. No misses
Squats: off of 400: 95% was 380, hit 381 using kilos. Tough, but I felt great. No misses. Super stoked for the 2×2 @100% coming up
First meet this Saturday. Gonna follow the meet week prep this week.
