  1. Got the program too late today, so I did the following.
    PP 1×5@55, 65%, 1×3@75 %, 5×3@85%
    Based on 120kg (225), no misses
    BS 1×5@55, 65%, 1×3@75%, 5×3@85%
    Based on 200kg (440), no misses

    Today’s was heavy because on Saturday I killed the shoulders.
    5×1 snatch (I’m ashamed of weight)
    5×1 c&j up to 245
    And then 5 rft of
    30 du
    10 deficit hspu dbells
    7 burpees on target
    5 cj @ 80kg
    2 ring mu

  2. Push press: off of 240: 95% was 228, hit 229 using kilos. Tough but doable. No misses

    Squats: off of 400: 95% was 380, hit 381 using kilos. Tough, but I felt great. No misses. Super stoked for the 2×2 @100% coming up

  3. 1) Based on 220# – No misses.
    2) Based on 335# – No misses.
    This felt way better than the 4×4@90% last week.
