Ok, so both these PRs would add up to approximately 6,000 red lights on any sanctioned platform in the world. But for one second can we marvel at the ridiculous shoulder strength of way-below-110#, Riki Long? Or… The life hack genius of Nate Trevillian’s “Double Pump” Jerk technique? I mean our sport is built around kipping, right?

    Nope. Saving myself for a wild affair this evening.

    Significant improvement in the Open. Then a focused couple of weeks after the Open leads to snatch and clean PRs. So I’m a pretty happy Outlaw. Can’t wait to see what Rudy and John have cooked up for us next.
