-felt really out of shape cardio wise on this one. Wanted nothing to do with this one/no fight on the thrusters. I’ll attribute this to me actively trying to put on weight since the open started. I’m averaging around 165-170, where as before the open I was right at 160.
PR of 18 seconds on this though. Can do way better though.

done UB. Goal was to beat my first ever Fran time which was 3:41. Went just over 4 min on this last time. Last 2 C2B had to do gymn kip lost butterfly but stayed on bar. Lot of transitionning time; may be able to go under 3:30 but I have a massive headache and forearm ache now.
