  1. 1) Off 225 – Felt good
    2) Hip has been absolute shit lately so I had to switch to box squats. Apparently this has something to do with my glutes not working correctly, hopefully a couple weeks of box squatting can help fix this.
    Off 385 – Those are actually pretty hard
