  1. 1.PP done based to 225 (2 sec hold in lockout)
    2. BS done based to 440
    Added tempo ring dips x10 after each set of BS

  2. Missed today. Should this day be made up or should I continue with the program?

  3. 1) Off 225 – Felt good. Need to focus on a stronger lockout though.
    2) Off 335 – Done. I seem to be drifting right when I squat these days, not sure how to correct that.

  4. push press: based off of 240: no misses
    squat: based off of 400: no misses- this was remarkably easier than Monday’s 6×6
