  1. did this condish after 15.4 redo today.

    Look forward to see people’s times on this. I got about 5 reps into the 10 thrusters when it hit 12 min, and then went ahead and finished at 13:55. Draggin ass on the 20 bar facing burpees – hardest part. Felt like this was much more Open-esque as I had nothing left in the tank – much more so than the gymnastics-open so far this year.

      • Good point but I guess we could say the same last year for the rower. I just think he’s going to throw people off with something new.

      • Have no clue what’s going to come from Dave Castro on this one. I’m almost banking on there being thrusters and burpees. I don’t think they’ve ever had an Open with two repeats but I’m not sure. I’m guessing it will be another 2 part workout though.

        • Agreed. Might see a 3rm front squat. I feel he’s going to throw a curve ball compared to what most people are thinking.

    Burpees felt great. I kept moving at a steady pace, and I could feel myself catching my breath and my heart rate slowed down and I could go right in to the next set of thrusters.

    Outlaws will be ready for whatever lethal combination of thrusters and burpees that comes up for 15.5.
