did this condish after 15.4 redo today.
Look forward to see people’s times on this. I got about 5 reps into the 10 thrusters when it hit 12 min, and then went ahead and finished at 13:55. Draggin ass on the 20 bar facing burpees – hardest part. Felt like this was much more Open-esque as I had nothing left in the tank – much more so than the gymnastics-open so far this year.
Anyone else think Castro might throw out some DB thrusters??
No, for the simple reason that most gyms don’t have enough DBs to accommodate a large group of athletes going Rx’d at the same time.
Good point but I guess we could say the same last year for the rower. I just think he’s going to throw people off with something new.
IMO, the two big questions are:
1) Will there be a 4th (or more) movement?
2) Will it be “for time?”
