2) Based on 300# – Missed 4th rep on the first set of 75% (225#). Re-racked and then got it and the final rep in. Had to re-rack after the 4th rep for a few seconds on the last set before getting the final rep. Was feeling really shaky.
3) Based on 275# – No misses.
Today was a lot harder than it looked. My lungs were having a hard time (need to start working in just a little cardio a couple days a week). I’m not good at jerk balances to begin with and today I just couldn’t get stable. My legs have been pretty tender today so I’m not too worried about it. Just getting used to the new cycle I suppose. Good stuff!
1) Based off 195 – no misses
2) Based off 260 – My overhead position is pretty weak and my jerk suffers as well so these absolutely crush me. The last set of 75% I had nothing left and only got 2 reps in.
3) Based off 275 – pretty easy
