Trying to make myself post progress here to keep myself a little more accountable as I get closer to qualifying for the AO.
1) 60kg, 72kg, 84kg, 90kg, 84kg (Missed twice on first rep of last 84kg set, felt oddly heavy today)
2) 78kg, 94kg, 101kg, 94kg
3) 78kg, 94kg, 109kg, 117kg, 109kg. These felt horrible. Had a really hard time getting under the bar from a hang, but was able to get under really quick from the power position.
4) 102kg, 122kg, 143kg, 153kg, 143kg Nice and easy
1) Based on 250# – No misses.
2) Based on 300# – No misses.
3) Based on 275# – No misses.
4) Based on 335# – No misses.
