Working on new camps and a little analysis of 15.1… So basically I got neither done. Which means – wait for it – I’ll actually be doing a rest day post tomorrow. Might be the first one in years (or months, who cares).

    1b. C2b pull ups: 10-10-10-10 (all unbroken, feeling better)
    Conditioning: 12 min amrap (rxd): total: 60 reps (finished the 15 p. clean and push jerk + 5 bjo)
