1. Missed the 2nd jerk at 90% and the 2nd clean at 95%. Hit everything else. 235#

1) Based on 275# – Missed both reps at 95% (265#, caught both but couldn’t stand) on the first set. On the second set I hit the first rep but on the second I couldn’t stand again.
2) Based on 250# – No misses.
3) Based on 300# – Missed a couple at 130% (390#) but got them in.
Feeling a bit more sick again today. It’ll be nice to rest for the remainder of the weekend.
1). Based on 225#. Hit them all then got greedy and went for 97% on the last one and couldn’t even clean it.
2). No problem.
3). Don’t have the equipment so I did a modified front rack version instead off my squat rack. Worked out alright I guess.
