My facility doesn’t have a safe way to do jerk recoveries. What would be a good substitution for that movement?
1) Based on 240# – Missed the second left of the 85% set. Reset and did the full 3 position and got it. No other misses.
2) Based on 300# – No misses. Heavy…
3) Based on 275# – No misses.
4) Based on 335# – No misses. Did 1×2 @ 80% and 2×2 @ 85% for the part that seemed to be written a little off. Felt good.
